Check out our Worship Services page to discover what our live-streamed services are like!

Highland Park holds safe and socially-distant worship services on our property at 5206 Balcones Drive. You may also stay at home and worship with us virtually. Whatever you are most comfortable with. Live-stream of the service is available each Sunday at 10:55 a.m. on our YouTube channel or Facebook page.

Pastors will lead worship from a stage in front of the Teague Chapel. If you decide to attend in person, you may remain in your car at the very front of the parking lot OR you can park your car and walk to a pre-designated area to sit in lawn chairs or on a blanket. The service will begin at 11:00 a.m.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to the church office if you have any questions.
We are glad to worship our God with you, wherever you are.

Outdoor Worship FAQ's

When does it start?
The outdoor service starts at 11:00 a.m. on Sundays.

What happens if it rains?
If it is raining, the worship participants will move to an indoor, socially-distant setting and still hold the service. All congregants are asked to stay home and watch the livestream.

What do I need to bring?
We invite you to bring your own lawn chair and/or blanket so you’re most comfortable…but we also will have some on hand if you don’t have anything. We won’t provide any food or drinks, so bring your own coffee, water, snacks, if you need them. On the first Sunday of each month, we will hold our Share Your Table donation drives to donate to the Micah 6 Food Pantry.

Where do I park?
Please enter the lot using the southmost entrance (the one closer to the parsonage home). If you wish to stay in your car, you may then turn immediately right and find your spot. If you plan to get out of your car, drive slowly toward the side or back of the lot. After the service, the northmost entrance will be opened as a one-way exit.

Do I need to wear a mask?
You are strongly encouraged to wear a mask at all times, except when taking communion on the first Sunday of each month. If you have medical reasons that prevent you from wearing a mask, we respect that and ask you to maintain social distance.

Will there be restrooms available?
There will be one all-gender restroom available – at the southeast corner of the building. There will be a helper regulating that only one person enters at a time, hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes available before and after you enter the building, and a janitor cleaning the space regularly.

How can I help?
It takes a village to make this happen! If you would like to be on one of our many teams, please contact Cheryl at ckimble@thechurchathp.org to sign up. Teams: SET-UP, PARKING, LIVE-STREAM/SOUND, CLEAN UP
